Thank you for coming to our dance on March
31 at the Houston Square and Round Dance Center. We had a lot of fun playing for you, and
hope that you all enjoyed the dance as much as we did. We will be
updating the web site with photographs, music and videos from the
evening, so stay tuned to this site for updates.
We would like to thank the many people who helped with the dance:
Silvia Hinkley, who was the MC, business manager, and volunteer coordinator.
Julie Fleming, who handled door prizes and donations, with help from Paul Ryan, Ryan and Shelby Fleming, and Bill Ranshaw.  Door prizes were donated by the Flemings, the Ranshaws, the Parkers, the Hinkleys, Darrell Daniel and Elysce Garrison;
Dara Fultz (daughter of band director Darrell), who decorated the hall.
Sandy and Don Parker who coordinated the refreshments. Many people contributed a dish - Julie Fleming, Elysce Garrison, Jimette Smith, Kitty and Bruce Darlow, the Hinkleys, the Parkers, the Mills, the Ryans, Harriet Chancey, and especially Diane Williams who donated the paper and plastic goods.
The cleaning crew consisted of Tom Garrison, Ryan Fleming, Shelby Fleming, Ricky Hinkley, and Don Parker.
Lisa Hinkley did a great job running the sound board for the band, and also helped with set up, along with John Machicado.
And a very special thank you to Mark and Pam Prow, who helped work the lights and the AC, provided the coffee pots and water coolers, were at the dance extra early to open up the hall for the band to set up, and danced to every tune. Check out Mark and Pam's Round Dancing web site.
